OOC Town Hall Meeting

Our first OOC Town Hall Forum. It might not seem special to you all, but it's a nice moment for me. One of the most effective things I've been a part of in a sim are the town hall forums where everyone can discuss their feelings about how things are going in the sim, regardless of the role they play in character.
